 Meet Luc Alarie, CD
Broker - Bilingual Services
Born and raised in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Luc joined the Canadian Forces at the age of 20.  As an aircraft mechanic, he honorably served his country for 20 years.  Luc is also well known in the service for his athletic skills.  Playing both ball and ice hockey, he was frequently the captain of the team at the bases where he served.  Luc earned his Real Estate license in 2003 and retired from the Military in 2004.  He now works full time as a Realtor and earned his Broker licence in 2009.  With so many moves while in the military, Luc is able to relate to and empathize with the needs of those needing to relocate.  He also understands the importance of having a knowledgeable and dedicated Realtor working for you.  Whether selling or buying a home, Luc understands the needs of his clients.  Luc's work ethics,  morals and values which are shared equally with his partner and wife Cindy,  are what drive him to be the best!  Not one to sit by and wait for things to happen, Luc is always ready and willing to go out and make things happen.  For this, he has earned a great deal of respect in the real estate profession and in his community.  The Alarie Team work very hard for their clients to maintain that reputation.  Integrity and hard work are the backbone of the Alarie Team.    

 Meet Cindy Alarie
Sales Representative
In the early 90's Cindy left her management position in the hospitality industry to pursue other interests.  Her personal drive and keen people skills served her well in her new customer service position with Canada's largest manufacturer of Ready to Assemble furniture.  Within 3 months Cindy was offered the position of Customer Service Manager.  She also began assisting in the development of new products and the sales and marketing of them.  Excelling in this new position, she was soon promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager of the company and continued to develop new products, their packing and sales material and then successfully launched them with Big Box retailers in Canada, the US and South America.  After meeting Luc in 2004 Cindy earned her real estate license in order to assist Luc. After a few months in the industry, Cindy knew that real estate was where she was meant to be.  She now puts the same drive and focus into helping people with every aspect of their real estate needs.  Now working full time as a Realtor, Cindy is extremely proud of the success that she and Luc have accomplished in the industry as well as the honest and ethical reputation that they have achieved.  In 2009, Cindy was actively involved with the development and launch of the Angus & Area Chamber of Commerce and proudly sits on the Board of Directors as Vice President and Public Relations.  The Alaries believe strongly in supporting their community and local businesses and know that community strength builds when the two come together and support each other. 

Meet Sunny Sanford
Full Time Office Administrator
Sunny has been involved in the Real Estate industry for a few years now and has joined The Alarie Team as their full time office administrator and Client Care Co-ordinator.  Her duties include client services, general office administration, gathering of feedback from showings, preparation of marketing materials, updating of website as well as other internet sites and all print advertising. Sunny is currently enrolled in the Real Estate program and will be a full time licensed Real Estate Sales Representative this Spring so that she can further assist The Alarie Team and continue to provide outstanding customer service in Real Estate, which is always a priority!
